The latest One Book/One Community title is F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic The Great Gatsby. Pick up your copy of the book at the library and celebrate the beginning of the Big Read with a free soiree at Baton Rouge Community College’s Magnolia Performing Arts Pavilion. 6:30pm on Thursday February 4th. It will be a fabulous 1920’s party!
There will be numerous events coming throughout the spring, including a visit with Zelda impersonator, Debra Conner, speakeasies, dance lessons, movie screenings, discussions, and of course, jazz!
