No library card? No problem! Homework Louisiana is totally free to all Louisiana residents, whether or not you’ve signed up for an East Baton Rouge Parish library card. The site is powered by Tutor.com, and offers live online help from qualified tutors on Sunday through Thursday from 2-10 PM. Tutoring is available to students from elementary school all the way to college, including for the GED, and is also available in Spanish and Vietnamese. Homework Louisiana also has job search help, Sunday-Thursday, 10 AM – midnight!
