This easy to navigate site from the Museum of the Moving Image shows you the television commercials aimed to sway voters in presidential races. For each campaign you’ll see commercials from the eventual victors as well as those who ran against them.
You can browse by year, by issue and by type of commercial. The style and messages of the commercials are varied and highlight the major concerns of the time period from unemployment and corruption to nuclear weapons.
