Dialogue on Race with Maxine Crump

Maxine Crump is a woman of many firsts. Some of her many achievements include being the first African-American woman to live on LSU’s campus and the first African-American woman news reporter on Baton Rouge television. Her objective has always been to be apart of change in society. That is why she started her organization, Dialogue on Race Louisiana. The mission of Dialogue on Race is to eliminate racism through education, action, and transformation through a series of conversations. Join Maxine as she presents a free, introductory Dialogue on Race session at the Scotlandville Branch on Wednesday, October 18 at 6 p.m. Seating is limited. Registration is required.
