Discovery Live Earth is a neat interactive website from the Discovery Channel. The main feature of the site is a virtual Earth. You can add a variety of ‘layers’ to the globe such as sea temperature or ozone layer and they are represented on the virtual Earth. The graphics are clear and well presented, you can even use your mouse to rotate the Earth to see all aspects. Along with the great visuals you can also read specific stories and find related links.
