The 2009 Festival of Lights is tonight at the River Center Plaza, downtown Baton Rouge 4-9pm. The Mayor will switch on the nearly half a million Christmas lights that illuminate downtown and the 35 foot Christmas tree. Lots of family fun and entertainment including live festive music, free ice skating and six tons of real snow! This may be the only snow we get this winter so lets make the most of it.
