Oh WOW. Boudin. A website devoted to boudin. The Southern Foodways Alliance’s Southern Boudin Trail site is your boudin destination. There are pictures of boudin, an interactive map of places across South Louisiana to purchase boudin, boudin producers oral histories… There’s even a boudin bibliography! Who knew?
The Southern Boudin Trail bills itself as “a resource for cultural tourists who would like to hit the road in search of authentic and unique culinary experiences.” Here at the Library, we like to think of it as a roadmap to a full belly with some cultural interest thrown in for good measure.
